Hello, Broseph. Horror author and poet. A little bit odd. Disabled. Chronically ill with a good dose of, “Your labs look a little off, but not enough to worry about.” Officially punted to Fibromyalgia for the time being. Mental health diagnosis soup, including enough personality disorders to start a fight. Bisexual, maybe?? Jack Davenport in Snow Patrol’s “Called Out in the Dark” video does things to me. Nonbinary femme but not a ‘girlie,’ so please don’t throw me in the pile. If you have to call me something, ghoul is fine. (I’m Broseph, you’re Broseph, we’re all Broseph!) Pronouns are she/they and if you acknowledge the they, I will randomly show up to offer you goods during the apocalypse.

Mother to adult child, and that’s about all you need to know about that as they appreciate their privacy. Keeper of several pets. Mine personally are a Chihuahua/Husky mix named Rengoku who has not a thought behind those eager eyes and a couldn’t-look-more-typical cockatiel named Bananakin. He is actually the master of the whole house and his endless screaming if you’re not paying attention to him and giving him what he wants will prove it.

My current special interest is the animanga, BLEACH. Top 3: Aizen, Szayelaporro, Grimmjow. If y’all keep putting Kensei, Shinji & Renji in the bottom three as far as abilities go, I’m going to do some ocean tossing. (And I can move, like. Really, really fast.) (No, I can’t.) (RIP Jenny Fromdabloc.) Honourable mention to my original baby and forever idol, Byakuya.

Lifelong special interests include horror in all formats, though the written word (or read aloud word) if I had to pick just one. The Tudors, particularly Anne Boleyn. And I do mean Anne Boleyn and not what her enemies wrote about her. (Familiar refrain: check your sources!) Jesus Christ Superstar (1973.) Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975, though Luke Evans made me cry.) I also have a very strong drive toward true crime, again in the form of facts and from your typical ~psychological~ perspective. (Don’t get me started on Manson. Please, please don’t.) No, I don’t support people or channels that sensationalise or do their make up or whatever whilst discussing atrocities.

In general, I am very full of opinions, random facts and endless complaints. The closest I could be considered is a leftist but I do not subscribe to purity tests nor endless and needless witch hunts over the most ridiculous of things. Free people, free homes, free food, free–if you need it to survive, free it. The top percent has successfully convinced most of us that we are not a society reliant upon one another for survival. No, not just survival; to thrive, as well. Empathy is overrated and weird. Pop psychology has ruined the world. There is no disability in this world that would make GenAI ethical and I say this to you with my whole disability out. Listen to and uplift Black and brown voices. Stand beside the marginalised. Don’t take shit. From a diagnosed ASPDer, self-identified sociopath, I say to you with my whole heart: treat decent people how you want them to treat you. Queer rights, trans people who are who they say they are and gender affirming care is suicide prevention. Listen to women. Look at your fucking sources critically; don’t let the mob make decisions for you. 

I could keep going as there’s always something else to have thoughts on, but if you want to know something, don’t hesitate to ask me as I’ll usually answer anything as long as you’re not rude about it. Just please forgive me for any awkwardness, as I do not know how to people and I am easily overwhelmed.I am most easily accessible on Threads.
